Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Gymmy iOS app, published by Nicolas Pancin. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

Gymmy is a weight-training log: session logging, exercise creation, progress tracking, statistics and related features. Gymmy is not a coaching service: the app prescribes neither exercises nor programs, and provides no medical or sports advice. You train under your own responsibility; if in doubt about your physical condition, consult a health professional.

2. Account

Creating an account is required (Sign in with Apple, Google or email). You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account); deletion is permanent.

3. Free tier and the Gymmy Infinite subscription

Gymmy is free to use for a limited number of sessions (10 sessions, with a one-time extension of 5 extra sessions). Beyond that, creating new sessions requires Gymmy Infinite:

• Monthly or yearly subscription (auto-renewing) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (or via Settings → Manage my subscription in the app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Your history stays viewable even without a subscription.

4. Your content

The data you enter (sessions, exercises, media, comments) remains your property. You only grant us the technical license needed to store it and give it back to you. Sharing features (routines, sessions, photos) only publish content at your initiative: anyone with the link can view the shared content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gymmy to distribute illegal content, not to attempt to compromise the service, and not to make abusive automated use of it.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to provide a reliable service, including offline, but Gymmy is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes the statutory warranties applicable to consumers.

7. Changes to the service and to these terms

The app and these terms may evolve. In case of substantial change, you will be informed in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, without prejudice to the consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
